PDFCreator lets you convert any document to PDF (or 11 other formats) from any Windows application. Print your document to PDFCreator and you may choose to convert your document to PDF, PDF/A, TIFF (single or multiple pages), JPEG... Whether you need to convert a document to PDF/A for a court filing, convert a document to PDF format to memorialize in your records system, convert a document to a multipage TIFF for your exhibit review system, PDFCreator does the job.
PDFCreator is open-source, meaning you can install it anywhere and everywhere. It is designed for either desktop or server installation. When installed on a server, it can be configured to function much like Acrophobia. PDFCreator offers a scripting mechanism wherein workflow automation can be configured. PDFCreator is fast.
